Welcome to my “Toko Perhiansan’ Indonesian for Jewelry Showcase Who am I? I am from Sumatra Indonesia and come from a long history of Batak people known for their hand crafted arts. Sumatra is the largest island in Indonesia about the size of California. I grew up surrounded by rare lush rain-forest. Orangutans, Hornbills, Cobras were just a few of my neighbors living with me in the jungles of Sumatra. Nature has inspired my designs and my desire to make beautiful pieces. In 2004 I came to San Diego California and continued to perfect my craft. I made my home here with my wife and daughter and continue to be inspired by the ocean and nature of Southern California. My craft Since I can remember, I have always been attracted to precious stones and metals. My style is contemporary, inspired by organic shapes, lines and light. I can also create a classic piece to modern, from trendy to bridal. I have access to exceptional precious stones and metals for you to choose from. I enjoy working with a client to find the right stone and design you desire. I pride myself on excellent craftsmanship and I am committed to have a client have a unique piece that you love to wear.
